Maybe this will help:

Not sure about remodeling your home…

Here are some top reason why you should:

Below are photos on a current remodel I worked on.

This remodel began a few years back. The house is a very sturdy structure. The homeowners and I devised a plan to remodel their house over a period of time. The goal was to enhance the use of the home. And to utilize every bit of space available to increase space function and increase usable floor space. I recently finished the second phase of the project.

Here are some photos of the project:

You can see a huge improvement in the laundry room.

If you look close at the finished photo on the right, you can pick out some interesting things that were done.

I'll explain all about this in the Link above describing in detail how I worked through the process.

Hot Water Heater & Closet

The hot water heater closet was in need of some repairs, so it was a good time to convert to a tankless water heater.

I turned the hot water heater closet into a useful space by converting it into a linen closet with lighting.

After doing some research, I found the best tankless hot water heater for this project. I chose one manufactured by Navien. It fit the criteria, and was easy to install. I highly recommend this unit, and it has a great warranty.

Living Room

Living Room

The living room looks great. As you look at the wall facing you in the photo, you will notice a bump out in that wall. I added that wall with some design solutions in mind.

That bump out was designed to facilitate the refrigerator on the other side of the wall. That allowed the fridge to set back evenly in the galley style kitchen, even though the fridge is 6 to 7 inches deeper than the rest of the counters.

So if you were to look around the left sidewall of the wall, you would see the kitchen like the finished photo below.

You can see quite a difference from the start to the finish of the kitchen.

There were a lot of ideas to choose from, but looking at the finished kitchen, it’s obvious that the right choice was made.

You will notice that I added a wall behind the fridge and stove to separate the kitchen and living room.

Master Bath

Master Bath Before

The master bath was a major project in itself.

It’s amazing to see the makeover as it progresses, but not as amazing as the finished look.

I completed everything but the walk in tub.  A walk in tub requires some plumbing and electrical changes which were part of my responsibility for the remodel.

Another company came in and installed the walk in tub. I do however, install walk in tubs.

As I mentioned above, this has been an ongoing project with a lot of detail and problems to work around. What you have just read and seen are a few of the highlights.

Call me and let's talk about what I can do for your home improvment project.
