Home Modifications

In many cases, a full remodel is not practical or necessary. 
I offer a variety of home modifications for many different needs. Home modifications can be as simple as adding a grab bar in your bathroom to removing your old tub/shower and replacing it with a new one, or a walk in tub.

For instance, usually a full bathroom remodel is where everything comes out; sink, toilet, tub/shower, lights flooring and in many cases the sheet rock.

Specialty modifications like that one add a nice touch to your home.

By working within the limited space parameters of your project, together we can be creative and have a beautiful finished project.

The modification can be as simple or as ornate as you desire. As you age and move into your 50’s and 60’s, it becomes prudent to really think about and consider making some modifications to keep you safe in your home.

Also, those with disabilities greatly benefit with some modifications.
